Abstract

Europe has become landfill for migrants from various continents, and in this regard, the central European government recognizes as a key issue the management of flows, looking at a macro level to support regular immigration and at a micro level, to discourage irregular migration, in order to promote respect for every single culture and difference, in the name of the absolute value of life and human dignity, regardless of ethnic or geographical origin.
