Abstract

This article aims to provide a general overview on the work done by CQIA (Academy for Teaching and Learning Quality) of the University of Bergamo which from 2012 to 2015 has organized courses for the initial teachers traineeship (TFA). Starting from the pedagogical, cultural and institutional reasons that motivated the creation of this academic body, the author shows how CQIA over the years has marked both for its research activities carried out and for teachers’ training courses made in Lombardy, including those dedicated to the pre-service teachers’ training.
