Food is life ... its history is rich of cultural, social and symbolic meanings. It’s an element of statement of our own identity, a carrier for cultural exchange, an instrument through which distances and differences mix, but, above all, a mediator for relations, a plot of traditions, a place for dialogue in a constant research of a contact with others.
