I piccolissimi dell'immigrazione. Sfide e dilemmi pedagogici sulla prima infanzia nelle società multiculturali

Abstract

Within the current European and National legislative framework, which aims to provide equal educational opportunities for children aged 0-6, and along with the willingness to promote the Rights of all children, the article will debate the opportunities and dilemmas the ‘immigrant babies’ face in our multicultural societies. It critically examines: the political discourse on childhood and diversity; the changes in 0-3 national educational services; and the professional perspective of early childhood educators who address diversity every day, taken from an ethnographic research.
