Abstract

Academic tutoring is widely regarded as an effective educational model and as an efficient method to help students facing different phases and difficulties in their career. Tutorship is a guidance that supports students in their academic success and in the development of personal knowledge, skills and attitudes. This article explores the model of academic tutoring in its limits and in its opportunities, in its strengths and in its ambiguities.
