Abstract

In the era of “liquid” work there is a growing demand for adaptability of future workers. The challenge for the university systems is therefore to train professionals who have disciplinary knowledge and skills to act in complex and changing contexts. The university traineeship is an effective educational tool to provide students with critical, reflective, and creative skills that can make a difference in the work context, especially in the socio-educational one.
