Abstract

The warnings coming from National and European data about the mismatch between students’ skills and latest actual needs of skills required by a labour market in fast evolution, raise some questions related not only to the education of University students and their future working chances, but also to the growth forecast of a Country. The challenges of a University responding to the demands of the labour market involve more and more the possibility of achieving an educational experience adhering to the working practice, so as to ensure both the students’ involvement to innovative working practices and the organizations’ involvement to the construction of reflective practices relevant to specific professions. The purpose of the present paper is to promote some reflections about the conditions for the feasibility of support actions during the internships, which means to build important relationships between University and Companies in order to facilitate the admission of the students into the labour market.
