Abstract

The pedagogical debate, both at national and international level, considers traineeship a special channel for students to enter the labor market and for the promotion of a person's lifelong learning. The following article aims at investigating the pedagogical reasons constituting the theoretical structure of a particular form of traineeship, which has been little investigated and experienced in the Italian University courses: the “on the job training”.
