"Non solo per nutrirsi". Analisi degli aspetti educativi in una scuola dell'infanzia

Abstract

In the first part of the article is illustrated the international literature which has studied the feeding behavior with a pedagogical approach in the kindergarten. In the second part are described the studies about the children’s feeding behavior and the teachers’ educational strategies  applied in the Italian kindergarten.
