Alternanza formativa e Service Learning: un connubio efficace per la formazione

Abstract

The article presents a wide range of the tools through which alternating training is carried out. The pedagogical value of this methodology has been underlined along with a brief presentation of the regulations set forth by the Ministry of Education. The article also deals with cultural issues related to the formative aspects of alternating training. Among the different tools, Service Learning is described as a new opportunity to practice formation and training as complementary and simultaneous. This method of Service Learning combines the different characteristics of formative alternating training as it is applied today in the school and in the university.
