Abstract

The social-economic context of the third millennium puts the individual at the center of a huge transformation process, the business world is going through a growing flexibilisation and casualization, the subject is the victim of a process of individualization increasingly marked, related to the needs of self-realization but also to feelings of vulnerability and uncertainty. To cope with this condition is necessary to analyze the wealth of experience and soft skills possessed, so that they can be adapted to the new job market, where the skills and technical and professional skills are no longer sufficient. This paper aims to construction possible processes of non-formal and informal competencies.
