La pedagogia dell'orientamento sportivo: una prospettiva teorica
The main aim of this study is to reflect upon the limited and restrictive interpretation and approach to sport educational guidance in contemporary society. Through a hermeneutical research methodology, focused on a theoretical approach aimed at interpreting and understanding the main situations and dimensions of guidance in sport today, this article will highlight the need to rethink both the contents and application of this guidance using a critical sport pedagogy perspective. Moreover, this study will also stress that this pedagogy must necessarily take into account the systemic dimension (always represented by the interaction among family, school and sport agencies) that sport, as a social practice and form of education, implies. In so doing, one may plan actions capable of generating a real change in educational guidance aimed at promoting sport and its values in the context of lifelong and life-wide learning.
