Abstract

This paper focuses on the importance of university Internship Training as a vocational guidance tool in students’ university educational path. In the degree courses in “Scienze dell’educazione e della formazione” (Education and Training) at La Sapienza University of Rome, an internship experience is necessary to achieve the educational objectives and it is an integral part of the process of students’ professional and personal growth. In this paper we emphasize the importance of our vocational guidance model for future Educators.
