Abstract

Although guidance is one of the main topics in the debate about young people education, it does not seem to be as effective as  to the outcomes. We schould investigate the reasons behind this  distance, and become aware of the need for a guidance that starts from the person and his/her leading role in the reality. In this sense, the school has by its nature a lot of potentiality, which may be fully  implemented if we choose to overcome the structural rigidity that still distinguishes it and to compare, in a dynamic and creative way, with the social and productive context in which it is placed.
