Il dottorato industriale come esperienza personale: alternanza tra occupazione lavorativa e ricerca universitaria

Abstract

This article presents my experience as industrial doctorate and intends to understand what positive aspects can be derived from the new law, beyond the utilitarian, business or economic aspects. The PhD in Human Capital Formation and the Labour Relations allows me to explore issues and topics of interest, increase my skills and knowledge and apply what I have learned on the job; at the same time, my work allows me to have professional experiences in which I can make decisions, share choices and actions, and feel moods and emotions that involve me. Therefore, all these aspects lead me to implement behaviors that require commitment, lògos, intentionality and responsibility, and are related not only to my role, but especially to me as a person.
